Verde Fest needs you August 15th!

  • Stake out exhibitor area plan
  • Setup food, presentation tents Aug 15th morning
  • Put up info posters Aug 15th morning
  • Give out tickets during day for door prizes
  • Plan and help with kids activities & games during day
  • Help with cleanup 4pm

    Planning for the Verde Fest is coming along great!
    We have 25 exhibitors and more coming in all the time. Many of these exhibitors will be making scheduled presentations at their booths and some will be offering locally grown food. There will also be speakers on many topics at the pavillion as well as live music.
    We have 8 sponsors including;

    M-CAN’s Hands On! Renewable Energy Group
    Invites everyone to join this
    July 22 PV Installation Tour
    Next Wednesday, July 22
    Everyone is invited to join the
    Hands On! Renewable Energy Group tour of Sam Perry's Mancos ranch PV installation . Sam will share his knowledge of the 10 kilowatt photovoltaic system he had installed on his Mancos ranch recently.

    Sam's 10kW installation is the largest private, grid-tied, net metered system allowed by Empire Electric at this time.

    The Tour will begin at    6:30 pm.
    Address:    39364 Road G, Mancos. (533-7685)
    Directions: Take Weber Canyon Road south from Mancos to G, then west.
           Or take Rd 38 or 39 from 160 (west of Mancos) south to Road G, then east.
